We do so by delivering community programs, providing educational and professional resources, supporting businesses and granting certifications, all with one shared goal: equality, diversity, inclusion.
Education is statistically proven to be the most effective way of instigating societal change over time. Children are not born racist, sexist or ageist, these are learned negative behaviours rooted in ignorance. Our educational initiatives and resources aim to combat these issues before they even arise.

There is currently no way of differentiating a company or organization that buys into ethical values around race and equality over one that doesn’t. We aim to create an accreditation, similar to that of ‘Vegan Society certified’ and ‘Fairtrade’ for equality.

Our consultancy services provide everything necessary to ensure these issues don’t arise in the first instance, and to assist in reputational recovery and crisis management where they do occur.

Whilst there are some organizations at the moment providing diversity solutions, there doesn’t appear to be any notable place providing resources to assist those looking for activities and resources to help educate themselves and others on issues of diversity. We aim to remedy this with robust web resources for all ages and abilities.
